Refunds & Returns
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind, but you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This is when the item:
- Has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
- Is unsafe
- Is significantly different from the sample or description
- Doesn't do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can't be easily fixed
Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item, and we will compensate you for any drop in the item's value. If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable timeframe. If it is not repaired within a reasonable timeframe, you may choose a refund or replacement.
Please keep your proof of purchase, e.g. your receipt.

Customer Credit Accounts
Accounts are free from any credit or interest charges for a period of four months from the end of the month in which you made your purchase. You agree to pay us one-quarter of the outstanding amount each month for four months to fully repay your account within the four-month period.
However, if your account is not paid in full within the four-month accounting period, you agree to pay interest at the rate of 18% per annum on the balance of your account that is outstanding after the four-month period. The interest will be calculated daily in arrears and will be added to your account at the end of each month that follows the interest-free fourth-month period until the account is paid in full.
By completing the Application for an Account form, you agree to pay interest charges if your account is not paid in full by the end of the interest-free period.
