Delivery Information
Please note our online team dispatches most orders within 1-2 business days. Please note however that delays may be faced in the delivery of your item as postal services are facing longer than usual delivery times due to current restrictions in place. Delivery times are out of Routleys control.
Standard Delivery:
$13.50 on all orders.
Delivery will be made via Australia Post or an alternate freight company, with preference given to the fastest available option.
Your purchase will be sent within 1-2 business days once the transaction has been approved and the order fulfilled, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Express Delivery:
$20.00 | 1 - 3 Business Days* (may be subject to delays with postal services provider)
A signature is required upon delivery, if you are unable to sign for your parcel a calling card will be left at the premises and your parcel will be delivered to your local Australia Post. Routleys cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances.

Track Your Order:
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Follow the link in the email or visit the relevant website and enter in the tracking number sent in your order dispatch email to track your delivery.
Note: It may take up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear once you receive your tracking number email.
International Shipping:
Routleys do not offer international shipping
Split Orders:
If you have an order with multiple items, these items may be dispatched from different locations, subject to availability. As a result you may receive your shipment at different times. Please note that you will not be charged more than once for shipping.
Click And Collect:
We offer Click & Collect in all stores where the product is available. Click & Collect orders are available for pick up within 1-3 business days. Notification will be sent when the purchase is ready for collection.
